Rogue ✰ Wade ✰ Midnight Hour

mississippibelle:

She opened the cell and let them out, giving them quit directions to the exit. Telling them to run as she turned in time to see John fall to the floor, bleeding out. It was too late for him, she needed to hurry as she helped the others out of their cells and shut the cell door just in time to see Vincent taking off down the hall and the guard’s eyes on her. She held up her hands as she slowly inched toward the door, that smile traced over her lips. It was proud, even if she risked getting caught, there was no way in hell he was getting her behind bars again.

“What’re you gonna do?” She continued to slowly edge toward the door, her hands still help up showing she held no weapon. She was just needing that exit and she was already so close to it. She needed to run. “Better go kiss your boss’ ass, sugah. You might get the death sentence for that one.” Just a little closer…

God, she was so right. He could practically taste the execution warrant. His chest tightened slightly from panic but he kept it buried. He smiled. “Remember that thing you said about bullets being faster’n blades? Well in this instance I think you’re right.” He drew his own gun aiming low, at her knees.

“If you take one more fucking step,” the smile dropped, replaced by a glare. “One step, it’ll be months before you take another. Try me. I dare you.”

He cocked the gun. It felt more comfortable in his injured hand than the sword did. He was grateful for the change in weight. The stitches in his hand had made them cramp when he was holding the sword.

*moves his hands to the small of the man’s back, moving his hips against Howard’s* I dunno, I think I could get used to it *grins*

/whispers into his ear, biting at the flesh and marking him because he can only move by touch/ You going to do something about it then, big fella? /his thighs shift, pressing into the man’s as his hand slides lower to caress his stomach/

*pushes Howard back into the desk he had been sitting on earlier, pushing his leg against Howard’s groin* Dunno, mate. Never been with a slave, you guys always act like you’re gagging for it? Or is it actually not an act?

Alison sauntered around the corner of the block with the bar where she was meeting Wade. He was standing, playing on his phone. Quietly she approaches him and kisses him on the cheek, “Been waiting long?”

“If I’d been waiting long, I’d’ve left,” he winked before kissing her. “Where were you?”

She looked at him, he wasn’t going to chase her. He wasn’t an idiot like most of the guards she had dealt with. So much for that plan. She laughed as she stepped closer to him and behind her, two larger men appeared. “Sorry sug’, should’ve told you ‘bout them. Guess it’s kinda unfair.” They moved past her and looked at him.

Thought you were going to take care of him.” One of the guys spoke as they both rushed for Wade, giving Rogue the time to grab the keys. They’d fight him, keep him busy enough as she moved to unlock the cell. “I was going to take care of him, he’s just… he’s not an idiot like the others.” She glanced in Wade’s direction as she grinned, jingling the keys up in the air. “Thanks sugah, couldn’t’ve done this without you.”

She laughed as she slid the key in the cell lock and unlocked it, letting out the captured rebels. There was one missing, a woman… She’d have to come back for her.

Wade slashed his sword, watching the woman out of the corner of his eye as he fought the two men. Blood spattered onto the floor as one hit the floor, a fatal wound on his stomach. The other fought a damnside better than the poor bastard before. He fought with a sai in each hand, parrying Wade’s sword with ease. Wade swore as two prisoners ran passed, then the rest of them. The man put a boot to Wade’s chest and kicked, sending him to the ground. He almost slipped getting back up on the first man’s blood but the second fighter was already sprinting down the corridor.

Where was the woman? She was still over by the cells trying to make good her escape. Wade was getting angry and desperate. The Shroud, Tommy, all of the Maximoffs were going to want his head on a silver platter by morning and it was this bitch’s fault. He gripped his sword again, glaring at the woman, ignoring the pain in his hands.

*leans his head back, putting his hands on Howard’s waist, pulling him closer* Someone’s good at their job. Why’d that woman let you go I wonder… *holds back a sigh*

Maybe she simply can’t handle a slave with a mind of his own? /licks at the skin, his hips pressing flush against the other’s, his free hand slid down his bicep, squeezing the muscles/

*moves his hands to the small of the man’s back, moving his hips against Howard’s* I dunno, I think I could get used to it *grins*

“Nah, you ain’t ever been able to get your hands on this. Nice try.” She grinned as she watched his movements, noting the way he gripped the hilt of his sword. She noticed the bandages he had on his hands, a weak point. He was hurt. She watched as he drew out his sword, at least he had good taste. She slowly stepped back, keeping her distance as she looked at him and smiled. “A long time ago. I’m afraid I’m going t’need y’all to put that sword down now.”

One step closer to him. She was careful of the sword but she couldn’t let him call for back up. She pulled out a gun, aiming it at him. “Pick up that phone and I kill you. Bullet beats blade.” She spoke calmly, her emerald eyes never moving away from him. “Be a man, I’m one lady ‘gainst you. Keep it even.” She slowly stepped back and smiled.

Chase me, c’mon. I don’t got all night.

She needed her plan to work. She needed him to chase her — he was probably going to be smarter than that.

“Bullets beat blade…” he smirked. “Yeah you’d think that.” He could have danced out of sheer relief. Thank whatever god was watching him for sending this glorious piece of work to entertain him. He could barely keep the grin off his face. He looked back at the prisoners. “Think you’ve got room in there for a seventh, guys?”

He noticed her step back but he couldn’t leave the holding cell. If he left and she had a back up plan, he be royally screwed, especially after today. He had to go at least twenty-four hours without throwing shit to the dogs again. It was a rule of his. “You leaving me sweetheart? You only just got here.”

He left the phone where it was. There were cameras, if people were doing their jobs like they were supposed to, then back-up should be here any second anyway. Unless they thought this girl was a strip-o-gram. He almost asked if she was, but then he remembered the gun. She probably wasnt going to strip for him then…

No, I’m not. Not your usual compliment. *quotey fingers* “Defined features”… *laughs quietly, nervously, unsure where this was going. Wasnt he supposed to be in charge of this? Not the slave dude?*

/He doesn’t see the quotey fingers but he feels the brush of the moving air and can hear the emphasis the man places on the words. His fingers slide into the soft hair, feeling the texture as he laughs/ Well, it should be. I’m sure you aren’t the only rowdy boy that needs attention though. So for now, /he tugs on his hair and pulls his head back as he kisses at the exposed neck/ let me dot on you~

*leans his head back, putting his hands on Howard’s waist, pulling him closer* Someone’s good at their job. Why’d that woman let you go I wonder… *holds back a sigh*

Rogue ✰ Wade ✰ Midnight Hour

mississippibelle:

She moved to the room, looking around the corner to see Wade sitting close and talking to the slaves. She quickly ducked back around as she grabbed her cellphone and sent a text to one of her guys. She wasn’t here alone, of course not. They never came alone. It was a precaution to bring at least one or two others with. She sent a text their way and tucked her phone back into one of her pockets.

The plan had changed. She’d distract the guard while the rebels took care of freeing the slaves. She needed to hold the guards attention long enough but that wasn’t usually a problem. She had been in this place before, once long ago. She had been a slave like many of these people. She looked again, long enough to check out the guard. It wasn’t one of the usual but she recognized his face from somewhere, she just didn’t know where.

Once she heard back from the rebels. She stepped out and whistled, getting Wade’s attention as she held out her arms. “Lookin’ t’waste a little time, sugah? Why don’t you come show me some fun.” A grin traced over her lips as she perked a brow, waiting for him to do his job, at least what he was supposed to: catch her, that was if he could.

Wade’s hand was on the hilt of his sword at once, standing, half drawing it. He looked her over, he recognised her. He knew he did. And that accent… “Hey haven’t I captured you somewhere before?” he laughed and drew the sword completely. He walked around the desk slowly, as if worried he’d scare her off. “When did we lose you, sweetheart?”

He looked back at the prisoners in the cell. They were all on their feet, wide-eyed as if they’d been drinking espressos for three hours straight. Hope lit their faces up. If these guys got out, the Shroud would kill him. They werent getting out, and neither was this girl in front of him. His free hand went for his phone, about to signal for back-up.
